The separate FY2023 consolidated UAP annual report

ODNI and the Department of Defense released the Fiscal Year 2023 Consolidated Annual Report on Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena on October 18, 2023. This followed the document titled 2022 Annual Report, published that January. The FY2023 report covered August 31, 2022–April 30, 2023 and added 291 reports: 274 concerned events within that interval; 17 concerned events in 2019–2022 that had not appeared in previous submissions.

The original report recorded a cumulative 801 reports received by April 30, 2023. ODNI’s dated announcement establishes the public release date.
