Tom DeLonge introduced To The Stars Academy of Arts & Science in a public presentation featuring former government, intelligence and aerospace personnel. Luis Elizondo and Christopher Mellon were among the participants. The organization combined entertainment, proposed scientific research and aerospace ambitions, and would soon become closely associated with publication of Navy UFO videos.
