Witness account
Ryan Graves later described recurring unknown radar contacts during Navy training after an upgrade to his squadron's aircraft sensors. His account places the onset around 2014 and continued encounters in 2014–2015. A frequently repeated near-miss description involved a dark cube inside a transparent sphere. That particular visual account came from other aviators whom Graves said reported it; it should not be rewritten as an object he personally saw at close range.
Public record
Graves' written House testimony distinguishes his operational experience from information provided by colleagues. It describes radar and infrared observations and reporting concerns, but does not supply a complete public set of synchronized raw sensor files for every incident. The GIMBAL and GOFAST videos are separate recordings within this broader period.
