Witness account
Two camp employees said unusual objects approached their waterfront dock. Later interviews and hypnosis produced accounts of occupants and examinations. The assigned event date is 1968, but investigator contact began in 1978.

Webb's investigation and 1994 book developed the account over many years. He also sought other observers of the reported departure; those recollections were collected retrospectively.
